ChariotRepair.com, (hereby referred to as Chariot Repair) provides a Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the shop. This Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle and is granted to the person whose name appears on the original work order. Although we strive to maintain the warranty as seen here; we reserve the right to make changes to the Warranties listed herein without any notification. Last updated: 02/01/2011

Auto Body & Collision Warranty

METALWORK: Chariot Repair provides a LIFTIME LIMITED WARRANTY on all metalwork, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. Chariot Repair will determine the cause of damage. As long as damage is determined to not be the result of unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle Any repair(s) required will be made at no expense to the Owner.

PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS: Chariot Repair provides a LIMITED WARRANTY on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. Chariot Repair will re-prime, re-paint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby (excluding rust repair), at its sole discretion, when claims is made within three (3) years of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle. Paint Warranty is valid over original factory finishes that are free of defect. Dupont Paint Company warranties for the period of three (3) years all finish work performed by Chariot Repair. Valspar Paint Company warranties for the period of three (3) years all finish work performed by Chariot Repair. Sherwin Williams Paint Company warranties for the period of three (3) years all finish work performed by Chariot Repair.

PARTS: Chariot Repair provides a LIFTIME LIMITED WARRANTY, unless mfg. Warranty is less, on NEW OEM parts installed by Chariot Repair, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. (Please Note: Shop warranty does not exceed Mfg. Warranty.) Chariot Repair will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

MECHANICAL REPAIRS: Chariot Repair provides a THREE (3) MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. Chariot Repair will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within three (3) months of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

Not Covered Under Our Warranty Are: All chips, scratches, rust, dents, bends, or any other markings and deformations that appear on your vehicle after our job is complete. These are all accrued during the normal driving of an automotive vehicle and are in no way Chariot Repair's responsibility. Chariot Repair is not responsible for the failure of any part due to unusual loads and/or situational damage, such as collisions of the vehicle with any foreign object at any speed, nor for any failure of the part under ordinary loads due to a manufacturer's defect. We keep records of all transactions and replaced parts, and any failed parts can and will be traced by us, upon notification of said failure, to the appropriate manufacturer. Chariot Repair also is not responsible for any damage to the paint or physical body of the car due to salt, gravel, and/or acts of G-d.

Window Tinting Warranty

Chariot Repair provides a Lifetime or Limited Lifetime Warranty, as backed by the manufacturer of the automotive tinting film, applied to your vehicle.

Chariot Repair provides an additional 5-year warranty, from date of installation, limited only to its workmanship in applying any automotive tinting film. Chariot Repair will replace such quantity of film proved to be applied defectively. We will also provide re-application labor, free of charge during the warranty period. This warranty is provided only to the original consumer and is not transferable.

Transmission Warranty

Chariot Repair will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. Chariot Repair provides a Limited Warranty as follows:

Used Transmissions - Chariot Repair warranties a used transmission anywhere from 3-to-6 Months, depending on the make and model of vehicle. This warranty is provided only to the original consumer and is not transferable.

Rebuilt Transmissions - Chariot Repair warranties a rebuilt transmission anywhere from 18-months to 24-months depending on the make and model of vehicle. This warranty is provided only to the original consumer and is not transferable.

Engine Repair Warranty

Engine Repair is warranted for 18-months to 24-months depending on the make and model of vehicle. Chariot Repair will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within the effective date stated on original receipt. Chariot Repair is not resposible for damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

Glass Replacement Warranty

Chariot Repair warranties Glass Replacement for up to One (1)-year on workmanship only. Should damage be caused due to workmanship, at its sole-option, Chariot Repair will replace glass at no-cost to the consumer. This warranty is provided only to the original consumer and is not transferable.

New Tire Warranty

Chariot Repair provides a Lifetime or Limited Lifetime Warranty, as backed by the manufacturer of the tire brand.

Upholstery Warranty

Chariot Repair provides a Limited Warranty on Upholstery. Any damage due to defective workmanship, will be repaired, at the sole discretion of Chariot Repair and at no-cost to the consumer.

Not Covered Under Our Warranty Are: All chips, scratches, cracks, discoloration(s), indents or indentations, bends, or any other markings and deformations that appear on your vehicles upholstery after our job is complete. These are all accrued during the normal driving of an automotive vehicle and are in no way Chariot Repair's responsibility. Chariot Repair is not responsible for the failure of any part due to unusual loads and/or situational damage, such as collisions of the vehicle with any foreign object at any speed, nor for any failure of the part under ordinary loads due to a manufacturer's defect. Chariot Repair also is not responsible for any damage to the interior cabin of said vehicle due to weather conditions and/or acts of G-d.
